Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried pears, cut lengthwise in halves or thirds
- 1/4 cup dried nectarines, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup dried Calmyrna figs, cut into halves
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted and cut in 1/2 lengthwise
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and peeled
- 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup sesame "fries" or sticks
- 1/2 cup sesame "bits" or crackers
Directions
In a bowl mix together the first 8 ingredients. Carefully blend in the sesame "fries" and "bits." Transfer the mixture to zip-lock bags or other storage container.
