This cabbage recipe was the best cabbage recipe I have ever had. Over the top. Very interesting taste. One little note: It didn't say when to put the cabbage in the pan. We incorporated it after cooking rhe onions and it worked out fine. Will make this one again and again.

Chock full of flavor. Don't need a lot on the plate as it kind of takes over the flavor of everything else I could see this on a pulled pork sandwich.

Excellent flavor. This recipe didn't say when to add the cabbage. So, I added it after I added the beer. I was able to find the IPA beer. For those who don't know what IPA is, it is Indian Pale Beer. I used the one that was made in the US.
