    More than easy to cook. It was a super meal, served it with polenta and I used "Beef Shanks". (I couldn't find any veal shanks.

    I made this dish tonight and it was truly fantastic.i live in Cleveland, so went to the West Side Market to get the veal shanks. The only downside is that I cut the recipe in half and 2 shanks (1 2/3 pounds, were $23. That said, to get this at a restaurant would have cost at least double. It was a wonderful meal and I will absolutely make it again.
