    This is a great salad and easy to prepare. I used peeled, seeded regular cucumbers because I like them better than english cucumbers. Everything else the same.

    Loved this salad. A different take to the traditional marinated cucumber and onion salad. Very fresh and light. A big hit in my last dinner party.
