We loved this recipe, for sure will do it again. The sauce was divine. It was easy to make and it didn't take long.

Excellent marinade for the pork! We did not try the mustard fruit, but highly recommend the pork preparation.

I used the sauce with wine vinegar, sugar and pears. It was good timing at me catching this episode since I was grilling pork chops for supper and pork is usually dry. I made the sauce with a Bosch pear since that was what was available to me and craisins. Turned out really good. My husband really liked this enough to pour extra on his meat. Considering my husband can be picky at times. He is a food connoisseur. Thanks for the idea.

I don't have a grill or pan, but I marinated it for 24 hours and baked it in the oven with an oven bag. It was tender and so good. Did not change anything. Did not top it with the fruit though. Just the marinade alone is good.

Loved this pork tenderloin. It was so tender and very tasty with the apricot/pear sauce. It pairs very well with the cabbage recipe which my family loved too. I will definitely make this again soon.

Flavors were very strong, but I didn't enjoy the opposing sweet and sour taste. This is likely just my personal preference for flavors.

Absolutely fantastic. It was the best Pork Tenderloin I have ever had. I do not like cilantro, so I used Parsley instead. Also, the dried fruit was so expensive here that I omitted it. The combination of the Tenderloin, Mustard Fruit and Arugula was amazing. I also made the braised cabbage. Would make it again in a heartbeat. I saved the leftovers and ate it the next day. This recipe is a keeper for sure.
