I made this, with a couple of modifications, along with the bolognese recipe from the same episode, and both were outstanding. I substituted romaine (because that's what I had on hand, and left out the fennel and radish (only because I didn't have either and didn't have time to run to the store and yet this was still an outstanding salad.
And just like Symon said during the episode, just don't tell anybody about the anchovies and they'll still love it. Enjoy.

I loved this salad! This was the first time I ever tasted fennel bulb and raw radish. It was so delicious! I didnt use the raw egg and I didnt have anchovies. I substituted with a little Worcester sauce and dijon mustard (like Rachel Ray's recipe and it was great. This salad was light and fresh and so yummy! I'll definitely make it again.
