    Made this salad last night to go with the steak from the "Steak Night" episode. Didn't have fresh peaches, so I "roasted" defrosted frozen peaches. Still turned out to be the best part of the meal. I'm sure it's even better with fresh peaches.

    Made this salad for my BF during our date night over the summer, and it was amazing.. SO tasty! The peaches were perfect. I normally don't eat peaches, but in the salad def was a winner.

    Awesome flavor sensation!!! Don't prepare to far ahead of time or warm peaches will wilt the arugula.

    BEST SALAD EVER! I was a lil worried the hubby wouldn't like it but it was amazing. I couldn't find smoky blue cheese ANYWHERE! I used a raw milk blue cheese from Whole Foods. It was amazing. I can't believe this is my first salad I've made using arugula, won't be my last!

    Perfect! Amazing! Works with watercress too. I used "Oregon Rogue Smokey Blue" and Marcona's are the only way to fly.

    Made this salad for dinner tonight and it was delicious! The grilled peaches were amazing! I paired it with grilled chicken and it was a great combination! Definitely making again!

    Absolutely MAGNIFICENT! Perfect recipe. Everyone loved it including my brother who does not like Bleu Cheese. The smoky bleu cheese has a wonderful unique flavor! The vinaigrette can be used as a wonderful base for many salads.

    I made this AND the grilled steak with the garlic schmear for father's day and it was a complete hit with everyone ! My dad, who's a big foodie is a little picky, so when he finished off everything on the plate I knew it was a winner ! I wouldn't alter a thing.. it was perfect !
