    Like most of Chef Symon's recipes I've tried, this one worked out well. I have served it for friends 2 times and both times got great feedback. The only downside is that this is not really a "low fat" recipe. I don't think I'd make it on a weekly basis, but it turned out well and tasted great. The TV show helps to understand the steps of course.
