    This was the first time I had QUINOA,and was lucky to find this recipe with duck in a rice cooker.So easy!!!! I did substitute prunes soaked in a sweet red wine and lemon zest instead of orange.It smells and taste so wonderful!!!!! I loved it!!!!

    Looks amazing! What would you recommend as a replacement for roasted pine nuts. My son has a life-threatening nut allergy.
