    My family favors traditional American flavored foods but this chicken was a hit. I did not use the sumac (couldn't find it and reduced the chiles by half. The flavors were delicious and the chicken held up to reheating very well. The harissa was fabulous...on the chicken and on the bread. We just loved it!
