This sandwich is pretty decent. I substituted 2 slices of turkey bacon. And I will never use anything except maple syrup. You MUST remember to spray the bowl with cooking spray or you will have a serious mess on your hands (and in your bowl. This sandwich has crispiness, sweetness, creaminess. It's surprising how low in calories and fat it is. I mean, this doesn't taste amazing, but I've been ordering the flatbread egg white sandwich from Dunkin' Donuts and this is SO much better than that. Plus, it's so much cheaper and probably healthier for you. Also used Sandwich Thins and half-wedge of light spreadable cheese and that was pretty good as well.
I've made this a few more times with Kirkland egg substitute instead of Better'n Eggs and it made all the difference! It really tastes yummy now.
