I've been making this salad for a couple of years now and my family always requests that I make it for get-togethers. It's so easy to make. You can be lazy and buy the mushrooms pre-sliced. I wait til the last second to toss in the dressing as it tends to "cook" the mushrooms after a couple of hours (if it lasts that long. It's great to take to a gathering because so many people are dieting or are diabetic nowadays. It is easy to adjust the amount you need from one to 50 to 150. whatever you need. It's my go-to dish for that reason. It's super cheap to make as well. Love it. It's on my recipe board on Pinterest.
