I was out of hard cider, but I did have regular apple cider. I used that plus a splash of cider vinegar instead. Just to make the sauce a little richer for the gnocchi, I added a good spoonful of marscapone. Mmm... good! And so easy!

I made this recently and it came out amazing! I'm not a fan of Ketchup, but I LOVE mustard, and this has become my second favorite pork chop recipe of all time.
The gravy for the gnocchi is even better if you mix in some brown butter infused with fresh sage leaves, and I can't wait to make it again soon.
