  • 3 ounces French fries
  • 1/2 cup cheese curds
  • 1/2 cup gravy, heated
  • 1/2 cup chili, heated
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 tablespoons guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Jalapeno pepper slices


Place the fries in a serving dish and sprinkle the cheese curds evenly on top. Pour over the hot gravy, covering all the cheese curds. Spoon some chili over, followed by the salsa and guacamole. Top with the sour cream and jalapenos to taste.
