Delicious. I really like the combination of spices. I didn't have chicken so I added a can of white beans. I used frozen corn and tossed it in a little olive oil then roasted in the oven. I love the texture of the wild rice.

Great flavors, lots of work and time, but well worth it. Let's see:
1 scratch chicken stock
2 wild rice
3 black beans (not out of a can
4 grilled corn
5 fork-pulled chicken meat

Excellent, full of flavor. Will keep this in the soup rotation. Another winner from Nadia G.

Delicious soup and easy to make. Sadly, I could not find the epazote, but the soup was delicious anyway!

Excellent twist on a classic chicken tortilla soup. The wild rice and corn add great texture and flavor. I couldn't find epazote but will look for it next time. I topped with monterery jack cheese and tortillas. Do not skip the cilantro. And add juice of one lime to soup; it brings the flavors together.
