    I made this for my relatives...there was nothing left! They raved about it. It's light with many textures and very delicious. The colors are wonderful and makes a great side dish.

    Excellent recipe. I had a chunk of feta cheese in the fridge, so that is what I used. Next time I will try to find the mshalale cheese. Thinking in the summer when pomegranates are not in season I will try the recipe with currents. It really doesn't take that long to pick a cup of seeds out of the pomegranate. I would make this recipe for a party because it is delicious and not typical boring party salad.

    Prep time me was 7 days. The pomegranate seeds had 2 do by hand and
    the cheese was very hard 2 find. But, the flavor and the texture made it all
    worth the time and effort. It's the most delicious trail mix I've ever had.. er I
    meant salad. Thx Nadia!

    Looked fantastic...didn't cook, just watched the show. This cook is something else. I really like her style of cooking and her little friends who inform you of the food history are wonderful as well.
