excellent. I skipped the fried onion and didn't miss it. I used clarified butter instead of ghee. Done in 50 minutes, ish, if you make the ghee before hand.

This was the best food I ever ate. It taste like the indian food in a restaurant. it isn't hard to make, simply because all the lovely spices are only two steps away from my local farmer market. i am nadias biggest fan. this recipe is awesome.
