Easy and fun! I used hot dogs, keilbasa chunks and apple sausages. I made a cheese sauce too for dipping.

I personally would prefer a sausage or a regular hot dog than the chorizo as it is a strong tasting meat. However, this recipe rocks either way! So easy. The beer batter was sooooooooooooo tasty! The honey really adds that corn dog sweetness to it and I love the mixture of the cornmeal with the flour to add some texture. I actually like this twist on the traditional corn dog with the chorizo. Easy to make and so tasty. I will use this beer batter for other recipes too such as fish. Keep it coming Nad's. You rock!!!
