Squeezed the access water out of the cauliflower before I mixed it with the rest of the ingredients or it would have been too moist. I added more cheese, and extra tbsp each of butter and cream, and used already seasoned panko. Used 2 egg whites and sprayed the tater tots with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray before I put in the oven. After baking it for 15 minutes at 375, I broiled it for an extra 10 minutes just to get it a more golden and crispy. Honestly, these tater tots did get rid of my cravings for the real deal. Of course it doesn't taste exactly like the real thing, but the texture and crispness is all there

She needs to define cooked. Made these but they were wet and needed lots of breadcrumbs.
