I LOVE this recipe! I haven't had sugo like this since I was a young girl in my mother's kitchen. The surprise pieces of tender beef just melted in your mouth. The sausage gave the sugo the right hint of pork. I am making it for Easter for my family and hope they love it as much as me and my husband (who is a dire fan of Nadia.
