I like it! I just finished making it and made it all cold because it'll be brought for lunch tomorrow so no need to heat up the chicken. I thought it was going to be too salty with the capers, feta AND kalamata but it wasn't. A good healthy squeeze of the lemon and a tbsp of olive oil brought it all together. I seasoned the baked chicken with Herbes de Provence when I baked it last night and I think that added another great flavour to the dish. Bam! Nice work Nadia!

Easy and delicious...this will be a regular rotation for my work lunches! Left out the capers since I didn't have any on hand, and added some Poultry Magic seasoning to the raw chicken. I only wish that my baguettes were bigger so I could enjoy more of the filling.
