    These cookies were ok. I didn't care for the bacon taste maybe if I would have used a low sodium bacon it would have been better. The cookies gave me and my husband heartburn. Plus there not good the next day, you have to eat them same day.

    Your show and recipes never cease to amaze us Nadia! Made these cookies to take to a New Years Eve Party and also a batch as a gift for a chocolate chip cookie expert. They were excellent and everyone loved them. The bacon is a nice finishing touch. Thank you Nadia!

    This is basically a chocolate chip cookie with maple bacon bits in it. The sweet/salty combination is really good;I took these to a family get together and everyone really liked them.

    Just made these because I have seen many maple and bacon pastry combos so I decided for this to be my first. Easy recipe. The hardest part is draining the oil from the bacon without losing a few pieces ha ha. These were very tasty. The bacon adds a little flavor to it but even though this may not sound good it really is. This is a fun twist on the traditional chocolate chip cookie. I loved these cookies that I am trying not to eat them all! This is a must make.
