MMMMMMMMM yummy! I couldn't find full fat Riocotta where I live so had to use "Part Skim", but they turned out really good. They are moist and the flavors of dark chocolate and orange zest are a great combo! Thanks Nadia!

I didn't have the 8 cup mini loaf pan, so I used a cupcake pan and cooked them for 20 minutes. It worked just fine. :

This cake is yummy, the chocolate and the orange add so much flavor. I followed the recipe and it turned out wonderfully. The hardest part of the recipe is finding the orange peel chocolate, but I will stock up on it as I will be making this many times in the future.
