Off the charts good AND easy. Comfort food at its best. If you dont feel up to making the noodles, no boil lasagne noodles work as a substitute. This is a new go-to recipe!

Very delish, almost made the recipe to a T. I didn't have unbleached flour for the noodles but, it was still great. I told my husband and children it was cheesy chicken noodle so, they wouldn't turn their noses up because it has no red sauce. Lol. It worked they all thought it was great. A trick I learned when making noodles from sratch, work with half or a quarter at a time. Also, roll the dough until you can just see through it. I was'nt sure about the broth in the bowl after the lasagna was made but, it was perfect. Awesome Nadia!

I loved the flavor of this dish and would have given it a five star but I didn't do the noodles right. It was my first time doing home made pasta...the noodles were a little on the thick side which made them kind of tough. I used a rolling pin and I don't think I got them thin enough?? I will definitely try again so I can perfect this dish. I love you Nadia G, you not only entertain me but you cook amazing dishes:

I made this the other night and "wow". I never thought of using chix broth for lasagna. I cheated alittle by using store bought noodles. But what a pleasant change from the traditional red sauce. I will remember this one
