This dish impresses without a lot of work and despite being fried, the flavors were fresh enough for a first course on Valentine's Day. I use panko a lot but not being familiar with "honey panko"--is it a brand? a flavor?, I just used regular and added some clover honey to my shrimp before coating them. I served them on a bed of pea shoots with the aoli--damned good.

Delicious, ...to be so easy. I like it when everything works.
