Pecorino Grilled Cheese with Honeycomb

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated pecorino cheese
- 1 baguette, cut into 1-inch slices
- 4 ounces honeycomb
Directions
Preheat the oven to broil.
Place the baguette slices onto a baking sheet. Top with the grated pecorino and broil until the cheese has melted and starts to brown, about 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish each slice with a chunk of honeycomb.
