I loved how easy this dish was to make and how great it tasted! I made a few changes to allow for dietary restrictions so I can imagine how much better it would have been Nadia's way. My kids loved it- even my picky two year old who would live off of grilled cheese sandwiches (if I let him couldn't get enough of the yummy cheesy potatoes with sausage. Definitely a winner!
