This was delicious. A great twist on the regular sloppy Joe. I think it will taste even better the second day. Love the idea from the other reviewer to use the leftovers on pasta. It really has a lot of the ingredients of a bolognese sauce so makes perfect sense. I think using soft buns for the Sloppy Gino's is key so that they absorb the sauce. I'm going to try adding a slice of provolone to the buns tonight instead of the parmesan shavings.

Absolutely the best sloppies I've ever had! I even toasted the American cheese on the buns just like Nadia G and it was unbelievable. I Will make this over and over again. Love Nadia G!!!

OMG!!!! Sloppy Ginos are the best. I made them for my Wifie Pooh and she loved them too.
There should be 6 Stars up there in the rating.
Keep up the great work!

These were sooooo good. Really, I just forsake the idea of eating this with my hands, completely drenched my buns in the sauce, and shovled it into my anxiously awaiting mouth. Everyone loved them, even my picky eater mom (oooh...pancetta...weird..... I ate the leftovers over pasta the next day, and that was also phenominal.
Thanks again, Nadia.
