Directions

Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chile flakes, fry until the garlic is a golden color, about 2 minutes. Throw in the asparagus, tamari, and black pepper, to taste and saute for 10 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender.

    So very good! I bumped up the garlic, added minced sweet onion and a splash of red wine. A 1/4 teaspoon of the chili flakes seem to be the right amount. Gives some zip but doesnt take over.

    Seriously so delicious. The tamari sauce gives it just enough salt and I love the spiciness of the red pepper flake.
