Nettle and Chamomile Tea for Hay Fever

INGREDIENTS:

4 teaspoons fresh Germanchamomile (Matricaria recutita) or 2 teaspoons dried
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh nettles or 1 to 2 tablespoons dried, washed and roughly chopped
Boiling water
1 teaspoon locally produced honey

DIRECTIONS:

Put the nettles, stalks and all, into a glass teapot. Pour boiling water over and leave to steep for 5 minutesthis will also take the sting out of the nettles).Strain into a tea cup and serve, adding the honey.

Drink 3 cups a day while suffering from hay fever, for as long as you need it.

Make fresh as you need it.
