Thank you, Nigella, for coming up with a bold dish that uses raw spinach! All in our family love it- even my 3 y/o! The tangy zip of lime, the creaminess of avocado, and the crunch of the pepita. Best with smaller, more tender spinach leaves. A+ in my recipe book!
