WOW!!! This is the perfect breakfast to wake up to, especially after a REALLY long evening. I used half the amount of potatoes, and added salt and pepper to the eggs. This recipe is 5 star comfort food. Thanks, Nigella.

LOVING IT !!!!! This recipe is so tasty that it has become my favorite breakfast. It's hardy, satisfying, has all my favorite flavors with an added plus of keeping me full until late afternoon and that says a lot considering breakfast in my house is at 5 a.m
