Directions

Preheat oven to 310 degrees F.

Mix everything together very well in a large mixing bowl. Spread the mixture evenly in 2 baking tins and bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour, turning over half-way through baking. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

    wow!! I was pleasantly surprised. This is really good. You can just barely taste the cinnamon. The ginger I could not taste at all. I used the brown rice syrup which really gave it a malt flavor.I can't stay out of it. wonderful on my plain yogurt. You must try this.
