    I never tried meatloaf with cooked egg on the center, omg!!!!! is very delicious my family ask for seconds. yumyumyum!!!!!! Thank you Nigella for share this recipes with us.

    I have made this several times, and it is always a hit! Just takes time, not hard at all. My house smells like a carnivores dream! I've taken this to cover dish dinners and there is never a slice left. Do love it when there is some leftover though, a thick slice makes an outstanding sandwich.
