I love this pancake mix recipe and keep it ready to go in my pantry. We make these pancakes every Sunday and they are light and oh so good.

Amazingly simple and ultimately delicious!!! The pancake mix makes the BEST pancakes I have ever made and the blueberry syrup is divine.

Lovely pancake recipe that makes nice thick cakey pancakes! Mine came out a bit too salty the first time, so I added more flour and sugar to the mix to tone it down. I will definitely ease off the salt on my next batch. Haven't tried the blueberry syrup yet, but it looks delicious!
