OMG this is delicous. I've also made it with pumpernickle bread, cream cheese and cranberry sauce. great for school lunches or quick at home meals.

I was excited when I found Russian Black Bread (or I think it's called Black Russian Bread at my local Polish market, because I could not find it at the local supermarket. The closest to black bread they had was Pumpernickel and it was still very good. The black bread was better, though. Also looks appealing to the eye. Great snack on-the-go.
