Ingredients
- 3 pounds yellowtail tuna, white meat only, brown parts discarded, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cans coconut milk
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 4 green onion stalks, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Pinch black pepper
Directions
Put the yellowtail cubes in a large bowl. Pour over 1 cup water, the salt, coconut milk and lemon juice and mix together. Stir in the green onions, cucumbers and tomatoes, followed by the soy sauce and black pepper. Mix together once more, and then serve.
