    Amazing. Fabulous. Nigella's recipes are always winners. HOWEVER.... 31 cups of crumbs/27 sheets graham crackers??? Really??? Does ANYONE at Cooking Channel/Food Network ever proof-read these recipes? Luckily I got the correct interpretation courtesy of the episode itself and my DVR. And the correct measurement is 375 grams of crumbs, which equals about 1.5 cup. Butter is off by a Tbs, you need just 5, and the cream cheese is 14 oz, not 16.

    Easiest dessert ever! I put the fruit topping on straight away and it was beautiful the next day.
