ingredients

  • 1 3/4 ounces light rum, such as Flor de Cana
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel, for garnish

Directions

Combine the sugar, 2 cups water and the thyme in a saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and cool.

Muddle the cherry tomatoes and red flame grapes. Add the rum, lime juice and 3/4 ounce thyme simple syrup. Shake and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel.
