This is a wonderful, belly-filling winter dish. It was a big hit with my family; they devoured this in one night. I didn't have any English mustard on hand, so I used the spiciest whole grain mustard I had and added a bit of horseradish and red pepper flake to compensate (don't worry, it didn't come out hot/spicy at all.

Absolutely delicious! I have made this for several different friends and it was loved by adults and children. It is so easy, yet super-impressive. I also roasted some potatoes with sage, salt and olive oil; a perfect complement!

Wow! Made this tonight - What a dish this is!!! Absolutely incredible! Light, savory and comforting. I didn't pay attention to the time of marinade (overnight but was able to marinade for 1.5 hours and the flavors were combined so well it stayed in your tastebuds real nice. So I will definitely not forget to overnight marinade because then the flavors will be bursting in every bite! I didn't have English mustard so used whole grain dijon and it worked. This dish is a keeper. Definitely will make this again and again! Whew!
