It sounds good but mine ended up seeming all orzo and minimal of the rest of the stuff. And it got a bit gummy too- I cooked it according to direction.

Also, I know of an easier way to get a perfect roasted bell pepper. Cut it in half crosswise, remove stem and seeds. Get rid of the white parts on the inside (it's bitter). I roast mine in the toaster oven (quicker to heat up and less energy). 400F, prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Put some olive oil on the outside skin only of the bell pepper and put it on the baking sheet, skin side up. Bake for 20 minutes or until the skin looks wrinkly. Remove from oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes until cool to handle. Remove skin with your fingers slowly. Works great and tastes even better !!

I literally just made this incredible dish! My son helped and loved being apart of cooking with me. I am new to learning the kitchen and this recipe was easy and delicious! It turned out so good I made sure to share with family and friends.

So tasty! I used regular ground italian sausage instead of the turkey sausage links and one red and one green bell pepper since this is what I had and it tasted amazing!
