    I prepared it as directed but both my wife and I hated it. After only a few bytes we decided to eat frozen chicken tortellini instead. There was too much quinoa as it overpowered the rest of the ingredients so much that you could not taste anything else. in my opinion the filling has little taste, almost no taste at all. My wife scraped out the filling and saved both peppers and the Asado sauce and made a soup from it. If the filling was made with less quinoa and more of something else it would have been better.
