Directions

1. Cook bacon to well done and pat dry. Mince it.

2. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir and salt to taste. The liquid should be strong, as it will mix with the "liquor" inside of the oyster.

3. Spoon a few drops of the liquid onto freshly shucked oysters, served in the half shell. Garnish with fresh parsley.
