    They were great so tender and juicy. I love that it only took a 1/2 hour or less to make because I was in a rush and just through a salad together and dinner was done thanks.

    I have always avoided cooking pork chops because they always came out dry. This is a fantastic recipe. I fried the pork chops on my flat top then finished them in my oven. The cheese really kept them moist and added a nice flavor. They even held up to reheating in my microwave. Highly recommend this recipe!
