For the vinaigrette dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the grapeseed oil, olive oil, agave, garlic, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, cayenne, lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
For the mixed green salad: Combine the mixed greens, arugula and red onions in a large bowl. Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt and toss gently. Sprinkle with another 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt, then drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss again. Top with the mozzarella balls.
