Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 head green cabbage (2 pounds), shredded
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Heat the grapeseed oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, onions, bell peppers, stock, sea salt, seasoning salt, black pepper and cayenne. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted and tender, 10 minutes.
