I took a big leap of faith with this recipe as I usually make meatballs with ground beef. However, I was up for a new idea and gave this a try. These turkey meatballs are fabulous! I even used the lower fat ground turkey breast meat because that was what my store had available. The texture was tender and moist. The simple sauce is indeed simple to make and deliciously smooth and flavorful. My family raved about the meal and is looking forward to seeing this dish again on our table.
