Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Wash and clean the turkey wings by rinsing them under cold running water and then rubbing them with the lemon slices. Pat the wings dry and divide them between two roasting pans. With gloved hands, rub the hot sauce into the wings. Generously sprinkle the wings with salt, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt. Evenly distribute the onions and peppers between the roasting pans. Fill each pan with 4 cups water and cover tightly with foil.

Transfer the roasting pans to the oven and cook for 3 hours; uncover and cook for 1 hour more, or until the wings are well browned and tender. Serve with hot sauce.

First thank you ** sarcastically** whomever transcribed this recipe from the show... FIRST this recipe and time is ALL WRONG before you burn 26 dollars worth of Turkey WINGs because of the blind cooking method... The temperature is 350 and the cooking time is 2 hours sealed cooking 1 hr browning... I got this from the show its self "Rev Russ Sunday Cooking" If cooked the way described above you wings will be burned before you unseal for the browning... Thanks for ruining Sunday dinner!!!!!
