This tasted like thanksgiving in one bite. YUM!!!! The gravy was awesome. I made sandwiches with the leftovers for lunch the next day, it was delicious :

The meatloaf was great. My husband loved it! I did change a couple of things. I didn't add the sharp cheddar and I only used a tsp. of poultry seasoning instead of a tablespoon. I would make it just like that again and maybe add in more apple and cranberries.
