Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 medium orange, juiced
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, grilled and chopped
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, except the cornstarch mixture and pineapple, and whisk to blend. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken. Fold in chopped pineapple.
